Shipping policy

Delivery options and charges are calculated depending on several factors including weight, size and value of your order. These are clearly shown in the shopping cart and charges are made per order and not per item.

Website orders in excess of £100 - Free UK Shipping

Delivery within AB43 Postcode Region - Free Delivery

Standard UK Delivery - £4

With our standard delivery service, your order through our website will, under normal circumstances, be manufactured and shipped from us within 2-5 working days which begins the first working day after your order is placed. Delivery is made using a Tracked48 Royal Mail service for your security.

Express UK Delivery - £8

With our express service (not available on all products) your order through our website will, under normal circumstances, be manufactured and shipped from us within 1-2 working days which begins the first working day after your order is placed. Delivery is made using DPD or Royal Mail Tracked24. Express service is always subject to stock availability and manufacturing capacity - if there is an issue and we are unable to provide this service on an order we will contact you to discuss options.

International - Price varies by order and destination

We can deliver to most countries - please contact us for a quotation if the country you require delivery to is not an option during checkout, providing us with the items and quantities you wish to order and the full delivery address. Orders are securely packaged and despatched by standard or tracked delivery service depending on which option was selected at order stage.

By agreeing to these Terms, You accept responsibility for the payment of any additional taxes and/or handling fees due for orders delivered outside of the UK. No returns will be accepted or refunds given should goods be rejected or returned by the shipping agent for non-payment of these fees.

  

If you require your order for a specific date or have any special circumstances please do not hesitate to contact us - we are flexible and will endeavour to work with you to meet your requirements.

Your goods will, under normal circumstances, be sent out in the time frame stated to a delivery address of your choice. Please note that delivery times are only an estimate, and Photogifts will not be liable for any late delivery of the goods or any loss or damage caused as a result of such delay. Delivery service times may be extended over public holidays and busy seasons by our delivery agents without any prior notice. Delivery and service times may also be affected by government imposed restrictions - please contact us with any specific questions you may have so we can assist.

You accept responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is complete and correct. Orders sent to an incorrectly entered delivery address may be lost or returned to us by the delivery agent. We will be happy to re-deliver any returned orders to the correct address for an additional delivery fee. The delivery address is confirmed during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email - if you have placed an order with an incorrect address, please contact us immediately to rectify the error. We cannot offer refunds for orders not received when you have entered an incorrect delivery address. 

Our delivery agents may not be able to deliver your order for a variety of reasons and may have to leave a calling card to inform you that the order needs collected from them, or that you need to re-arrange delivery directly with them. If an order is not collected or delivery rearranged in a timely manner it may be returned to us at which point we will notify you and offer to resend the order to you - this will be chargeable at the same rate as delivery for your original delivery attempt. We cannot offer refunds for orders returned to us due to non-delivery or non-collection from our delivery agents.

Delivery agents are permitted to leave goods in a place they deem safe if no-one is available in person to receive a delivery. By accepting these terms you are agreeing that in doing so if necessary, both Photogifts and the delivery agent have fulfilled their contractual obligations to deliver any order to the requested address. Any dispute will be between you and the delivery agent directly. You should communicate your 'safe place' instructions or restrictions with the delivery agent prior to the expected delivery date - this will help with any future deliveries from the same delivery agent regardless of the sender.

An email notification of the dispatch of your order will be sent by email along with any available tracking references. Any claim for non-delivery must be made to Photogifts in writing in a timely manner and will be investigated with the delivery agent. Depending on the delivery service selected at the time of Purchase, the delivery agent may not accept that an item has been lost in transit for up to 14 day. You agree to cooperate with Photogifts and the delivery agent in completing claim documentation for any items lost in transit so that replacement goods can be sent as soon as possible if required.

Any claim for goods damaged in transit must be made in writing within 1 working day of receipt of the goods. Claims outside of this time cannot be accepted.
